We will will even refund your return postage (from USA addresses). Additional Guarantees may apply -- if specifically mentioned in the item's description. Order Confirmation We promptly (within one business day) confirm receiving your order and the shipping status. Orders placed by shopping cart or fax are confirmed by return e-mail (please provide your e-mail address). Orders placed by voice-mail are confirmed by return e-mail (if you provide an e-mail address) or by return phone call. If you send your order by regular postal mail and we cannot ship your order promptly we will notify you.

Same-Day Shipping Orders received by 5pm Eastern Time (or 4 Central, 3 Mountain, 2 Pacific, or 10pm GMT) normally ship out the same business day (unless an item is out-of-stock--which we really try to prevent). We can sometimes stretch the cutoff time for special-request rush orders -- up to a couple of hours, approximately. Place your order as soon as possible for best results. After the usual shipping cutoff time, phone orders are recommended if you have any special requests. Saturday morning shipping is also available sometimes for special rush orders. We will try to meet your special requirements. Extra charges may apply. If your order and delivery time is very important you should contact us to confirm that we can meet your requirements.

Free Ground Shipping
Free ground shipping for ANY SIZE ORDER to any USA address is via US Postal Service "Media Mail," providing 5 to 10-day delivery (including Saturdays) to most addresses -- often longer to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc.

Fast Delivery -- Only $3.99 "Faster" delivery in the USA is via Priority Mail, normally providing 2-3 Day delivery to most addresses -- sometimes a day or two longer. Your cost is $3.99 for the first item plus $2.50 for each additional item TO ANY ADDRESS in the U.S. postal system. A signature upon delivery may be required for some orders.

Express Delivery -- U.S. orders. We use UPS-Air, Federal Express and Express Mail (U.S. Postal Service) express services for guaranteed deliveries within the U.S. Pick an express delivery time/price for your order when using the web site shopping cart. We will choose a carrier that can meet your requirements. If you place your order by phone you can still use our shopping cart just to view the various shipping options.

If you have a special request for a particular carrier, service or anything else, please contact us, or make the request in the "special instructions" part of your shopping cart. For example, at your request, we can have the shipping charges billed directly to your FedEx or UPS-Air (not Ground) account -- just provide your account number. Shipping on Saturday, and delivery on Saturday or Sunday is sometimes available -- extra charges may apply. Contact us. We will try to meet your requirements.

International customers (outside the U.S. Postal system) can choose cost-effective standard air mail or Global Express Mail. Pick a shipping option on the order form. See the international shipping page for more information.

Payment Options

Credit Cards are quick, simple, recommended. They allow payment from any country (currencies are automatically converted by your card company). This method provides a clear record and maximum advantage to you, the customer. We accept Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, American Express and Novus/Discover. These include the EuroCard, Optima and other Novus cards.

Checks & Money Orders are OK for payments (payable in U.S. dollars only). Orders paid with money orders, cashier's checks, international postal money orders, etc. will be processed and shipped as soon as we receive your payment. Orders paid with personal or company checks may be delayed approximately 7 days for bank clearance.

Purchase Orders may be accepted from U.S. federal, state, and local government agencies/libraries/schools, etc. Please supply a copy with the authorizer's name and phone number. Actual shipping costs may be added instead of our standard flat rate.
